      How my Hemiway cruiser battery charger works.

      The Battery charger that I received from Hemiway for my Cruiser bike works great. I've had not one problem with it. And it charges the battery very quick.

      Poor Customer Service - Lies and Delays

      Order a replacement battery charger and after 1 month contacted Himiway to find out what the delay was. They commented that they would ship within the week but 4 more weeks passed without a shipment and without any word from Himiway. Again contacted and was told that the part had shipped and they would send the shipping information. Two days later received a notice that part shipping request was sent to USPS but that part had not been delivered. Received the same notice twice a week for the next 3 weeks. This was just a cover to for poor service and communication. I will NEVER order anything from this company again.
