My 8yr old has been wanting an electric bike. He's been riding a razor electric dirtbike and it's on it's last leg. I did a lot of research and truthfully there's not a ton of great options for kids. I was stuck between the C1, super73 K1d, and a 18inch stacyc.
We have had access to the other two brands and I do not regret my decision. The C1 is light weight (perfect for tossing it in the back of my suv), quick, and stylish. I wanted something with a long battery range to keep up when i ride my own e-bike. The C1 beat the other two in that department. My husband and I both tested it out and were able to reach 15mph. I was also torn on size. My son is an average size 8yr old. Too small for an adult bike (i didn't want him to have access to the 20-25mph power) but wasn't sure how he would fit on a C1 because on the k1d he looks too big for it. While comparable in size for whatever reason, he seems to fit more comfortably with room to grow on the C1.
I'm confident we will have tons of fun on this little bike. Highly recommend for those little adventure buddies.

What a wonderful day today! My son Raylan had a fantastic morning opening presents and spending time with Santa but I could tell he was a little bummed out that he didn't get a new bike....
He didn't complain or question it, but little did he know what was in store this afternoon!
What a fantastic build! The C1 is solid and so easy to assemble! We look forward to family bike rides now 2 Himiway Big Dogs, a D5 2.0 and now the C1 model!

Definitely in love with the C1 kids e-bike I love how safe it is the brake instantly stops bike providing safe riding love the different speed modes adjustable to your child’s speed for safety also love the fat tires 🛞 makes it easy to ride over any surface or terrain for off road fun 🤩 love how your child will grow with the bike my son is learning how to ride and this is perfect for him to learn while safe riding can’t wait to see my sons reaction to opening this gift 🎁 definitely happy with this e-bike best gift choice ever 😀

We have owned the Himiway C1 for about 2 years, and both of my kids my son and my daughter have been using it regularly with zero issues. It has proven to be extremely reliable and durable, even with frequent use.
The bike is sturdy, well-built, and designed perfectly for kids. The throttle is smooth and easy to control, making it safe and confidence-building for younger riders. Battery life has held up very well over time, and performance is still just as good as when we first bought it.
After two years of real-world use by two kids, I can honestly say this bike has exceeded our expectations. It’s a fun, dependable, and well-made electric bike for kids. Highly recommended for parents looking for something that truly lasts.

I have a 4, 8 and 11 year old, and they can all ride this bike! The long ‘moto style’ seat allows bigger riders to ride further back. I was actually a little nervous to have my youngest ride it, afraid he would not be able to handle it, but he surprised me. He can lift it up himself, get it started, and stop all on his own (he is proficient on a regular pedal bike, but a cautious rider).

When riding in mode 3 we are unable to reach the top speed of 15mph. I’ve verified that the battery is fully charged and that mode 3 is enabled but it still fails to hit 15mph. Any advice on something that I’m overlooking?
Himiway Bike3 months agoThank you for reaching out! It's important to know that the C1 Kids Electric Bike have a speed limit setting for potential safety concerns. You can unlock the speed limit by quickly pressing the power button 7 times. This should allow the third gear to reach 15 mph. After unlocking the speed limit, please test the bike again. In level 3, it will reach 15 mph.
