I just got my new D5 2.0 and put it together last night. I have all the controls worked out with the on board computer and ready to roll on the beach, mountains, streets and pull my paddle boards with my e-bike trailer.

I unboxed and assembled my new A7 easily—the packaging kept everything secure. The ride feels smooth, balanced, and comfortable, perfect for city cruising and daily commutes. When I noticed a small issue with the brake disc, Himiway support responded quickly and sent a replacement right away.

I’ve taken several rides on my new A7, and I absolutely love it. The bike rides incredibly smooth and quiet across different terrains and feels very stable and comfortable, even on uneven paths. It’s easy to handle and not too heavy for my 5’3” frame. I’ve tried both Turbo and Sport modes—the extra boost is nice to have! Overall, I’m really happy with my A7 and have already recommended it to others while out riding.

My A7 arrived safely and well-protected—the packaging was excellent, and I appreciated the thoughtful updates like the keys being wrapped separately to avoid scratches. Everything looked solid with no rotor noise or wobble. Overall, great quality and customer care!
