Electric Cargo Bike Big Dog

I chose the Big Dog after buying the cruiser and ended up returning the cruiser because it was difficult to stand over with short legs. I love the distance of the himiway big dog, sturdy frame for daily use and I like the simple moped style and features such as hydraulic brakes which make me feel safer!

We have bought other bikes from Himiway and was very pleased with them. I needed a bit smaller bike so that’s why I got this one. Can’t wait to use more this summer.

Delivery was little slow. They were closed for several days due to the holiday after i ordered, but as soon as they re-opened, my bike was shipped and delivery was within 2 months. Assembly was super simple and quick. Ride is amazing! Did have one issue with the pedal. After riding for about an hour, the pedal locked up and wouldnt spin, so every rotation of pedaling, my foot would slip off the pedal. I called customer service and they immediately sent out a new one. This was easily replaced and while i have only had one ride with it, it is working so far. I am confident that if I have another problem, they will take care of it. The quality of construction is top notch. Everything is solid and secure. I couldn't be happier!

Like the bike because it has so many useful features. Such as buddy seat, child seat, basket options, for transport and step through design. The bike appears well made and has a good paint job. I did have to take it to a local bike shop for gear adjustment as out of the box some noise was coming from the rear sprocket. It's fine now.

It was so easy to put together. It's a comfortable ride and a quick learn on how to use everything. The only con is I wish the key was in a more convenient place.

We love these bikes not a lot of riding sofar as the weather in the Northeast has been fridged. But we are planning our camping trips around areas with bike paths and trails So far very impressed with your company.

We researched E-Bikes. This is an American company that stands behind their product. Highly rated. They listen to customer responses and improve on our ideas. We purchased 2 bikes and absolutely love them. You get exercise and can travel greater distances than a regular bike. Wish we bought sooner.
