The bags (2) are better than I/we expected. Very well made and easy to attach. Shipment was very fast and well packaged.

I like the bag, it has plenty of room to store things. The only thing I have a problem with is the straps are not long enough to attach it to the rear rack on this bike. I have an Escape Pro and like this bike as my first E-Bike. I especially like the suspension system, it goes over the bumps and I barely feel it on my back.

Great bag. Durable, insulated, and well designed except for one thing. I wish it could have been the length of the rear bike rack. This would utilize the space and extend its holding capacity.
