    Have not received my order yet

    The Keys have not been delivered. So this order if it was to have been delivered is a noshow. So could this be sent out again so i get my product.

    Great service long delivery time

    The service was great when ordered replacement battery keys because I lost one. The only negative is because they come from China it took about a month to get them after they were ordered. To Himiway’s credit they did inform me up front about the long delivery time.

    Replacement Keys

    What a great experience! As a result of my own foolishness, I lost the key to remove the battery for a Rambler I won in a raffle through FuturE-Bikes in Broomfield Colorado. Himiways website was easy to navigate, just a couple clicks and I was done ordering my replacement keys! Upon getting the confirmation email, I realized I had the incorrect address for shipping!! A quick email to customer support and the problem was corrected! Love the customer service and the keys work perfectly! The only thing that could have made my experience better would have been a little faster turn around time and the prices felt a little high. 10/10 would recommend Himiway as an option for friends and family, great customer service is not common and you guys nailed it! Plus the quality of the bikes is awesome.

    We currently own 3 Himiways, 2 C1 kids bikes and a Rambler.
