Electric Cargo Bike

I’ve put about 15o miles in 2 weeks so I can say I’ve had some time with it. It’s a pretty good bike for the money. What I really like: customer service is excellent!. The motor is quiet and very torquey. Everything is pretty comfortable. Nice lock! What I really don’t like: key location. ..what could be better: wish the battery was a bit stronger…would have been great if it came fully ready to ride but I had to adjust brakes, adjust gears and tighten lots of bolts…not a big thing and I expected this for the price but some folks need to be prepared to get to know your bike before you ride it . And I wish they had a printed manual. I had to replace the pedals which stopped rotating and the headlight that quit but the customer service was fantastic….all in all a fun bike..pretty good off road, nice for paved riding and great little errand bike. Highly recommend.

I bought my first one 2 years ago never look back I wanted two wheels in the front and one in the back we'll see a trike if you would please make me one of those I've been asking for one of those since before I got my bike and make it go 28 mph pedal assist the fast kind just like the Big Dog love it love it love it did I mention I love it

Pretty much fool proof out of the box. Bought a Zebrawith all accessories liked it so much I bought a new Cobra. I'm 70 my wife 66, even my son who rides trails enjoys it. Total fun to ride.

Shipping wasn’t perfect, a damaged box and a scuffed front tire. but Himiway offered me $50 In accessories and got back to me right away on that matter. I’m 5’ 10” tall 240lbs and I fit perfect on the bike and it’s very comfortable, well after I changed the seat to a wider more cushiony seat. I’m just at 45miles on the first full charge and it’s down to about 30% left. I mostly ride around the neighborhood or on a bike trail on level one pedal assist. All in all I love my Big Dog

After much research and even test riding another brand here in Florida I went with Himiway Big Dog with no regrets. This bike is awesome! If you are thinking about buying one you will love it. I pull my daughter in a child trailer with no problem. Honestly if I had to do it all over again I would purchase the Big Dog 👍

My bike was delivered earlier than the short time estimated. It was well packaged and arrived without damage. I have another ebike but my Himiway Escape Pro is now my favorite. It’s fun, responsive, and draws a admiring looks. Upgraded ebke without an upgraded in cost! Totally in love with my new Escape!

I bought the Escape Pro on the 1/20/23 since then I’ve put in 87 miles on the bike. This Escape pro might have 500W but it feels almost like a 750W motor. For a 500W motor this bike has lots of power going up step hills. No need to look for a 750W motor if you get the Escape Pro

Awesome bike I love my Escape Pro more torque than my neighbors Cobra. The bike came fast I ordered it and I received it 4 months after ordering. Only thing that could be better is the seat it not that comfortable, but I did order the comfort package waiting on that to come in.

I would say excellent because the cost was very cheap and unreal quality, plus the back rack is welded to the frame so I have mounted my surf racks to the back rack,let’s just say it’s unreal.I looked for 6 months to find the best e-bikes I could find under $1000.00 this puppy is unreal,send pics next time but living on Maui this is unreal,I have dirt and street motorcycles but this is my surf mobile.Himiway for a great bike.

I received the Himiway Big Dog that I ordered. It came amazingly packed and FedEx kept me apprised of the delivery date, time, and current location. The box was immaculate and the bike well packed. I was able to complete the installation of the smaller components in a short amount of time since most of the bike was already completed. The display is easy to read and the control buttons are easy to use. Everything works amazing and I am going to enjoy this bike for years to come.
