Package received in good condition. So well that if you dropped it from an air plane I don't think it would be damaged. Lol. Clear instructions. Very easy to follow and assemble. Love the bike!
The bike itself is nice. I am having trouble with the front wheel. We’re still working that out.
So my first comment is why is Richard’s review still on this site? I happen to love the mid drive motor. Yes it takes a little getting used to as far as throttle response, but that involves a fundamental understanding of the difference between mid drive and hub drive motors. I have about 2200 miles on my bike which I bought in May of this year, I have had no issues. I do a lot of back road riding in hilly Vermont. I love the hydraulic brakes in the security of the 4 inch tires on back roads. It has been a great bike for me!
I have a Himiway Cobra that I have used for hunting and mountain riding. I liked the quality and ride so well that I purchased my wife a Himiway D5 step thru. She loves it and that’s what matters. Happy wife happy life! Bike arrived promptly and well packaged.

I’m happy with himiway
The bike arrived in a timely manner. it was packaged well, only one small spot rubbed through the paint above the forks. The shifter needed minor adjustment. I have about 50 miles on it and am pleased with the performance. It is different than other e-bikes that I have ridden having the motor on the crank, not a hub drive. Works better as pedal assist than relying on all electric.
Box and bike arrived undamaged. Very satisfied
Easy assembly-awesome bike.
