Shipped quickly . Box in good condition with heavy box and proper internal packing . Very satisfied.
This bike exceeded my expectations. I purchased this bike for the purpose of using it as transportation to and from my hunting stand. Several friends have e-bikes that paid double, if not, triple what I paid and the Cobra blows their bikes away. My battery last longer and it’s faster. I added an aftermarket accessory rack to the back for hauling deer stands and gear into the woods. I also purchased the front and rear fender kit. Himiway made a bike that will compete or out preform several hunting bikes but they don’t really seem to be in that market with their accessories offered on their site. You can buy aftermarket ones that will work though. Their fender kit could be made way better with the Hunter in mind but that is my only complaint. Several states regulate e-bikes motor to 750 when using them on WMA and national forest so make sure you check before buying. I highly recommend the Cobra for any hunter.

Two months From receiving this bike never worked Bike still not working. Customer service Bad news customer service disappeared not answering my emails for five days need to cut this bike in half with a saw as of 9-2-24 bike does not work since purchased on 4-15-24 terrible follow up issues never been resolved different customer service people getting back to you two days three days when I email them pedal assist does not work front shocks blown out front cable rubs on spokes they were supposed to send me a new bike. No issues have been resolved.

I’m very satisfied,submitted order on a Saturday received my Pro 7 the following Friday shipped from California to West Virginia. Very easy to assemble. I have ridden it a couple times but plan on riding several times weekly. I bought it to ride on country dirt roads & trails here in Wva .Would highly recommend Himimay e-bikes to all . So far Himiway is # 1 In quality & service!!!
I recommend Himiway Cobra to anyone that has any interest. Bike is really a head turner and while quite large and heavy, I very much enjoy the freedom it has provided. For me, it's the ability to bring to so many places both on the road and close to home. Really it has connected me with the world around me and works so good, all I can say is that it's been an absolute pleasure owning and using this bike. I added another manufactures rack before one was available, but would of picked the one made for it. I had to make a couple mounting adapters to make it work. I also upgraded the headlight to a brighter one I found, and added the taillight so it works with the brakes. Again, really enjoy this bike, from comfort to function, it has consistently left me with a feeling of confidence. Thinking about adding a dropper post next and looks like it has enough room for internal cable routing. 10/10 I recommend.
