    All Himiway bikes（except Pony) are covered under our manufacturer's 2-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects (All free Accessories are not covered by warranty service).

    For non-quality issues, customer may ask for product replacement or return within 15 days after received it. A 10% processing fee will be applied but we can prevent it for the customer if a replacement order is received. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150. Himiway will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package. The customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself.

    Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

    The top speed of all Himiway bikes is up to 15.5 MPH, which is legally required in the US.

The 960Wh capacity provides a 60-mile range on pure electric power. The wires are built inside the frame, which reduces mechanical failure in extreme weather conditions by up to 95%. The Himiway Cobra maintains 80% capacity even after 1000 charges.

    Is meeting all my expectations and more!

    This bike is just what I was looking for. It is powerful and the battery life is great. I have yet to get it to even close to dead. For example, a ride of about 15 miles up and down several good hills, on and off road, pedaling and using pedal assist the whole time, at the end I still had about 84% left on the battery. I am 5'6" and about 150lbs. The ride is smooth on paved, grravel and also very rough non-vehicle roads. The suspension is appreciated on off road riding. The seat is good sized and comfy.
    Customer service has been responsive and helpful the couple of times I called in with questions about my order and also about the bike. The delivery was quick too.

    Worth the price

    I have ridden only few miles as it is winter here (snow). I like the increased performance of throttle only use. Such as starting from a standstill and hill climbing as I have arthritis and is hard to peddle allot. Like my new ride. I liked the Himiway Cobra.

    Excellent customer care. Shipped have a little slow had within 2 month from ordering. This bike is built like a small tank with lots of features. Due to cold conditions in my part of the country, I haven’t had it on the road yet. I go to Florida for the winter and it is going with me. I plan on riding quite a bit in Florida.
