I've been attracted to Himiway ebikes for quite some time and finally ordered one for myself. The quality of build and the surprising comfort and power of the motor are great selling points.
Everything arrived as expected. I’m 6’4” 250 lb, 61 yr old man. Bike feels great and rides great. I upgraded the seat for comfort. Love the bike. I had it assembled at a local bike sho and that was great as well. Had a little issue with shipping damage to a handle bar grip. But a quick email to customer service and they sent a new set.
I purchased a new bike with Himiway. I did have to contact customer service with a question related to shipping. The response time was great and shipping was as scheduled. I am very happy with the service from Himiway.
I got the bike on time but the rack is not been delivered when there was a trucking info on the 18
Delivery was quick. And no damage
