    Disappointed

    I was looking forward to receiving the wide seat I ordered but I was disappointed to realize that I needed a new seat post (see attached picture). The wide seat is not a direct replacement to a D5 ebike. There was no caution or indication that the wide seat will require a change in seat post for other models. This information would have been helpful during the ordering process.

    Ordered the him away Chelsea and it took a while to get it because of the Chinese new year but him away follow through as usual and make sure I got it and it has helped while I go on longer bike rides very comfortable so thank you Hemingway and I guess it was worth the wait

    Shipping was very slow

    The seat I bought, DDK-EX26QNE Extra Soft Memory Foam Padded Bicycle Saddle, is 5 star. I’d say it is the perfect seat for people in need of a quality padded seat. But you should know that shipping is direct from China and takes over 2 weeks. The wait is worth it!
