Motor Hall Sensor / Controller Abnormality
⚠ Cause: Motor Hall anomaly (70% probability) or controller fault (30% probability). Check for damaged wire jacketing with visible copper wire.
🔍 Check Method: Check the connecting cable between the controller and the motor for any physical damage or exposed copper wire.
💡 Solution: If wire casing is damaged, replace the part with the damaged short cable first (e.g., if damaged on controller side, replace controller). If no casing damage, cross-test with another bike/motor if possible. If cross-testing is not possible, replace the motor to resolve.
Code 30
Communication Error
⚠ Cause: Communication failure among components (Display, Main Harness, Controller, or connected accessories).
🔍 Check Method: Disconnect all cables except display & controller power lines. Disconnect one connector at a time and check if Error 30 disappears. Sequence: 1. Motor cable, 2. Sensor, 3. Taillight, 4. Headlight, 5. Left brake, 6. Right brake, 7. Throttle.
💡 Solution: If Error 30 disappears after unplugging a specific accessory, replace that accessory. If Error 30 persists after unplugging all 7 cables, replace Display + Main Cable first; if unresolved, replace Controller.
Code 22-1
Throttle Error (Disappears on Disconnect)
⚠ Cause: Throttle signal abnormality or main harness fault.
🔍 Check Method: Disconnect the throttle; Error 22 disappears.
💡 Solution: Replace the throttle first. If replacing throttle does not fix it, replace the main harness.
Code 22-2
Throttle / Controller Error (Persists on Disconnect)
⚠ Cause: Controller hardware fault.
🔍 Check Method: Disconnect the throttle; Error 22 does NOT disappear.
💡 Solution: Replace the controller.
Code 09
Communication Error
⚠ Cause: Communication failure among components.
🔍 Check Method: Disconnect all cables except display & controller power lines. Disconnect one connector at a time to see if Error 09 disappears: 1. Motor cable, 2. Cadence/Torque sensor, 3. Taillight, 4. Headlight, 5. Left brake cutoff, 6. Right brake cutoff, 7. Throttle.
💡 Solution: If code disappears after unplugging an accessory, replace that accessory. If code remains after unplugging all 7 cables, replace Display + Main Cable first. If unresolved, replace Controller.
Code 21
Controller Overheating / Hardware Error
⚠ Cause: Controller over-temperature or hardware damage.
🔍 Check Method: Power off and let the bike cool down for 15 minutes, then power back on to check if Error 21 disappears.
💡 Solution: If code disappears, issue is resolved (avoid heavy loads). If Error 21 persists, the controller is damaged and needs replacement.
Code 10
Controller Communication Receiving Error
⚠ Cause: Controller failed to receive communication signal.
🔍 Check Method: Check communication connections between controller B and display/main cable.
💡 Solution: Replace Controller B. If unresolved, replace the main harness.
Code 25
Brake Cutoff Signal Error
⚠ Cause: Brake sensor misalignment or brake cutoff sensor fault.
🔍 Check Method: Disconnect left and right brake cutoff lines separately to see which brake lever causes the code to disappear.
💡 Solution: If code disappears when disconnecting left lever, adjust left brake sensor position, replace left lever, or replace left brake sensor. Repeat for right side. If code disappears ONLY when both are unplugged, adjust or replace both brake cutoff lines.
Code 08-1
Scooter Throttle Fault (Disappears on Disconnect)
⚠ Cause: Scooter throttle error.
🔍 Check Method: Disconnect the throttle; Error 08 disappears.
💡 Solution: Replace throttle first. If unresolved, replace the main harness.

Scooter Throttle / Controller Fault (Persists)
⚠ Cause: Controller fault.

⚠ Cause: Communication failure on Hurricane model (similar to Error 30).
🔍 Check Method: Disconnect one component at a time: cadence sensor line, motor cable, headlight cable.
💡 Solution: If code disappears after unplugging a component, that component is faulty. If code remains, replace Display + Main Harness first; if unresolved, replace Controller.
Code 07
Scooter Motor Fault
⚠ Cause: Motor abnormality on scooter (similar to Error 24).
🔍 Check Method: Disconnect front and rear motor lines separately to see if code disappears.
💡 Solution: The motor whose disconnection causes the code to disappear is faulty. Replace the corresponding motor.

Hurricane Throttle Fault (Disappears on Disconnect)
⚠ Cause: Hurricane model throttle fault (similar to Error 22).
🔍 Check Method: Disconnect throttle to test if code disappears (Code disappears).
💡 Solution: Replace throttle. If unresolved, replace main harness.
Code 03-2
Hurricane Controller Fault (Persists on Disconnect)
⚠ Cause: Controller fault on Hurricane model.

Current Abnormality

Code 202
Motor Phase Loss
⚠ Cause: Motor fault (70%), Controller fault (30%), or wiring circuit failure.
🔍 Check Method: Inspect motor phase wiring harness for damage or loose contacts.
💡 Solution: If wiring is normal, replace motor first. If wiring near controller side is damaged, replace controller. If wiring near motor side is damaged, replace motor.
Code 301
Motor Hall Signal U Abnormality
⚠ Cause: Motor Hall U-phase signal failure or damaged motor/controller wiring.
🔍 Check Method: Check the wiring circuit from controller to motor or check if motor is damaged.

Code 302
Motor Hall Signal V Abnormality
⚠ Cause: Motor Hall V-phase signal failure or damaged motor/controller wiring.

Motor Hall Signal W Abnormality
⚠ Cause: Motor Hall W-phase signal failure or damaged motor/controller wiring.

Controller High Temperature Warning
⚠ Cause: Controller temperature exceeded safe operating limit.
🔍 Check Method: Power off immediately and wait 1 hour, then power back on to check if normal.
💡 Solution: If Error 203 persists after 1 hour, replace the controller.
Code 304
Motor Temperature Abnormality
⚠ Cause: Motor high temperature or internal thermal sensor failure.
🔍 Check Method: Turn off motor assistance immediately; wait 30 minutes and touch motor to check cooling status.
💡 Solution: Once normal, avoid heavy load riding. If Error 304 persists after motor cools down, the motor is burnt out and must be replaced.
Code 601
Brake Signal Abnormality
⚠ Cause: Brake sensor/cutoff switch position issue or hardware failure.
🔍 Check Method: Disconnect left and right brake cutoff lines separately to see which brake lever causes the code to disappear.
💡 Solution: Adjust brake sensor position or replace affected brake lever/switch. If code disappears only when both levers are unplugged, replace both brake cutoff assemblies.
Code 602
Throttle Signal Abnormality
⚠ Cause: Throttle hardware fault, main harness issue, or controller defect.
🔍 Check Method: Disconnect throttle line connector and check if Error 602 disappears.
💡 Solution: If code disappears, replace throttle. If code persists, replace main harness; if still unresolved, replace controller.
Code 603
Cadence Sensor Signal Abnormality
⚠ Cause: Cadence sensor or torque sensor signal malfunction.
🔍 Check Method: Switch to cadence sensor mode and spin pedals freely to check if operating normally.
💡 Solution: Re-plug sensor wiring harness and test torque mode. If abnormal, replace sensor.

Torque Sensor Signal Abnormality
⚠ Cause: Torque sensor hardware or connection fault.

💡 Solution: If abnormal after adjustment, replace brake sensor or brake lever set.
Code E3
Battery Under-voltage
⚠ Cause: Battery discharge voltage low, charger output low, or controller/display voltage drop.
🔍 Check Method: Fully charge battery, test discharge port voltage, charger output voltage, and display supply voltage.
💡 Solution: Discharge port > 40V & display > 40V = Display fault; Discharge port > 40V & display < 33V = Controller fault; Charger green light voltage < 40V = Battery fault.
Code E4
Motor Fault
⚠ Cause: Motor phase/connector issue or internal motor failure.
🔍 Check Method: Re-plug the connecting cable between motor and controller.
💡 Solution: If abnormal after re-plugging, replace motor.
