It doesn't show the seat dimensions and I'm wondering if anyone has the length of the seat.

Bike is very slow the range is 30 miles instead of the 80 I was told it would be I am locked out of my bike and lost bolts after very thorough tightening

this is top of its class as far as options go, torque sensor/rear shock/class3 option & its stylish! top it off the shipping was immaculate with no styrofoam mess and arrived to my door 4 days after ordering!!!!
This thing is awesome! I bought it to ride with my 7yr old who rides the C1. It’s super comfortable and no issues running hours with the battery. It’s got great top speed and handles great. Wife is looking to get hers next
Can the c5 speed be unlocked? What is the approximate speed when unlocked?
The c5 can be unlocked for speed, and when it's unlocked, it's about 28mph.

No, our C5 E-Bike comes fully-assembled. All you need to do is drive into the complementary fun-filled blind box as you fasten the handlebars with a couple of screws.
