Himiway's First Free E-bike Tune-up Event was a success in San Diego!

We've noticed that more and more people are using e-bikes as a sustainable way to get around. With this growing trend comes the need for reliable maintenance and repair services. That's why we recently hosted our first Free E-bike Repair Event in San Diego. Bike owners were able to get their bikes inspected, repaired, and fine-tuned for free.

The Himiway Flagship Store in San Diego recently hosted a three-day event from May 19th-21st to help riders get ready for the upcoming summer season. Our main goal was to ensure safe and smooth rides for all of our customers.

During the Himiway Free E-bike Tune-up Event, we provided tune-up services, including bike inspections and brake adjustments. Our team took great care of cleaning and lubricating drivetrains, leaving no detail overlooked. Inspiration and Reasons behind the Free Event

Tim, the owner of Himiway San Diego, says the program's inspiration stemmed from the observation of warranty work and broken bikes. Witnessing the unfortunate sight of new bikes being broken and of riders unable to enjoy them, motivated his decision to offer the repair event. Tim and his team focused on acting fast during the event to fix the broken bikes and ensuring riders can hit the road again.

Many electric bikers have faced a worrying trend of warranty-related repairs and broken bikes. Even though these bikes may be relatively new, they need to be fixed, often preventing riders from enjoying them. This drives the realized need for a more proactive approach to guarantee customer satisfaction. Himiway responded to this need by offering the Free E-bike Repair Event, which aims to improve after-sale service, provide a trade-in program, and showcase new Himiway e-bike models, providing a comprehensive experience for customers.

We are also excited to offer free repair services for warrantied Himiway E-bikes, including covered components replacement services. Please keep in mind that warranty-due or non-Himiway E-bikes may incur certain expenses.
