1. 1 Please ensure to include the bike frame number in the order notes. If you have not yet received your product, you can note the e-bike's order number. In the case of purchasing two bikes in one order, kindly specify which e-bike you are purchasing the extended warranty for.

2. 2 To qualify for the Extended Warranty, the battery's full charge range must be less than 60% of the total range.

3. 3 Each e-bike is eligible for only one extended warranty purchase.

4. 4 During the purchase process, please accurately choose whether your bike is currently under warranty or not.

5. 5 The Extended Warranty is exclusively applicable to Himiway Authentic ebikes and accessories. Any modifications or non-original Himiway products are not covered by the warranty.

6. 6 Within six months of the warranty expiration, you have the option to purchase a six-month extended warranty. The purchase of a one-year extended warranty is not available.
