Escape bike order issues.

I have ordered a controller for my escape bike and have no t got it . It has been months now and still no controller, I have called several times since then all they can say is it will be to you at the end of the month and there again it has been several months. I love my bike but i cant even enjoy it . Bought last Christmas. All i can say is if you need something it will take for ever.

I haven’t received the controller yet. Possibly Monday. Do I appreciate that I ordered in January and just now getting. Absolutely not.
