Once the part got here it was exactly what I needed getting it here took a little effort but all that aside, service was AWESOME, I definitely have no concerns about needing parts in the future

Good delivery but these were a spare part and will not be used until needed.

I have ordered a controller for my escape bike and have no t got it . It has been months now and still no controller, I have called several times since then all they can say is it will be to you at the end of the month and there again it has been several months. I love my bike but i cant even enjoy it . Bought last Christmas. All i can say is if you need something it will take for ever.
