Event Details
Section 1: Application Requirements
1.The applicant is a dealer/ shop owner.
Must have a minimum of 100 square meters (1076 square feet) of store space per store. Each store must have a minimum of 2 staff members.
2.The Applicant is a distributor.
- 1)Engaged in the ebike industry.
- 2)Must have a purchase record of at least 100 ebikes within a year.
Note:
- Applicants must meet one of the above two requirements.
- Himiway business team will contact applicants individually to check the information you filled in the form and will inform you by email if you have a chance to get the ticket reimbursement.
Section 2: Reimbursement Clarification
1.Reimbursement Quota
60 CES tickets, 30 quota for air ticket reimbursement
Note:
- The quota for air ticket reimbursement will be selected from 60 applicants who get the CES tickets.
- Applicants need to use a code that sales representatives offer to order CES tickets. (The price will be automatically deducted when you use the code)
- Applicants need to order a round trip ticket by themselves then reimburse them at the Himiway booth during the expo period.

2.Reimbursement Amount
1)CES Ticket: $149
Note:
- The ticket price is different in Sept and Dec.
- Sept. 12-Dec. 5: $149 / Dec. 6-Jan. 12: $350
- Only $149 can be reimbursed. Applicants have to afford extra expenses if order during Dec. 6-Jan.12.
2)Flight: within $400. Applicants need to afford the extra expense
Section 3: Limited Availability
- 1.The number of available tickets is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- 2.Once the quota is reached, no further reimbursements will be provided.
