They sent the wrong one so I have to wait another two weeks to return then wait for the other one to come 😑

Shipping and condition of my bike was fine, but the tracking was a total 💩 show. It’s coming on this day have to be there to sign for it of course, no it’s not coming until tomorrow oh wait it’s not coming until three days from now. I was inconvenienced for five days with this f-ing mess.Boo👎
The Himiway team was instrumental and helping me restore my Escape to full working capabilities once more. I was so delighted to get the motor and hub and replaced it all myself and it works again flawlessly.
The seat I bought, DDK-EX26QNE Extra Soft Memory Foam Padded Bicycle Saddle, is 5 star. I’d say it is the perfect seat for people in need of a quality padded seat. But you should know that shipping is direct from China and takes over 2 weeks. The wait is worth it!
Left mirror barely fastened to the handle bar right one doesn’t fit unless you put it in the center these are not designed for the bike very dissatisfying
Cobra d7 quality is is superb, it’s worth every penny.
I have had this bike for about a month now and love everything about it. I am a larger man (6'4" 285 lbs) and the bike is perfect. I do not even need the seat all the way up like i was planning. I purchased the ST version for my wife and even though i am much larger, my bike keeps up with her for the most part. The only difference being she is faster on the start with her being smaller. All around great bike for the price.
The bike arrived in a timely manner. it was packaged well, only one small spot rubbed through the paint above the forks. The shifter needed minor adjustment. I have about 50 miles on it and am pleased with the performance. It is different than other e-bikes that I have ridden having the motor on the crank, not a hub drive. Works better as pedal assist than relying on all electric.
The shipping was the worst out of the whole ordeal, but other than that it's all good.

Received st Cruiser ebike 9 days after order. Packaged well. Easy to assemble. Charged up and was riding same day. This the first ebike I own. Love the handling off trail. The walk assist worked wonderfully in hard access in Rainforest. Very pleased with delivery & product.
Very fast shipping time. Himiway still announces the package has shipped and provides a tracking number - but that only means a label has been generated. If you contact FedEx with the tracking number, they report they have not received the item yet. However, altogether - shipping was fast and arrived in a reasonable 3-4 days. I think Himiway has improved on their operations.
