IPX5
Tropical downpour resistant
We expose our e-bikes to 39 liters of water per minute under extremely high water pressure to ensure that their electrical components remain secure and dry, regardless of the weather conditions.
We also conducted mud testing, simulating harsh environmental conditions by spraying a vehicle-grade mud mixture, and the e-bike remained in good condition.
60℃
Desert-like heat. Even hotter
We subject our bikes’ components to a 60℃ heat chamber for a continuous 72 hours. This way, we confirm their ability to withstand the highest temperatures, no matter where in the world they are used.
-20℃
Certified for sub-zero conditions
We place the bike frames – devoid of any internal technology – in a -20℃ chamber for 72 hours. After the ice has melted, we assess the frames to ensure they maintain their strength.
IPX5
Prepared for sandstorms
To prevent particles in the air from affecting the performance of the bicycle, we enclosed the bicycle in a chamber, simulating an 8-hour continuous sealed sandstorm, rated: IP5X dust level Density: 2kg/m³
10-50HZ
Resilient to extreme impacts
Our electric bikes must withstand the hustle and bustle of busy urban environments. Therefore, we securely mounted the electric bikes on a vibration platform along three different axes and exposed them to continuous extreme impacts with a frequency of 10-50Hz for 36 hours. The batteries also underwent the same impact test.
