Premium All-terrain Electric Fat Bike Zebra

I have heard others say they had issues with warranty work from Himiway, but that was not my experience. The connector between motor and controller got too hot from me over working it off road and cooked. They sent me a new motor and controller, I had in a week from California! I was back on the road quick and I so appreciated that.

The bike package was received with excellent packaging and easy-to-follow instructions, and all ordered items were received.

The e bike came ahead of time. Very satisfied with the e bike. The only problem is it had a couple scratches on it.

Zebra ebike came FedEx in only 2 days!
Box really protected everything very well. Not a scratch anywhere. Assembly by myself only took a little over an hour as the ebike comes mostly pre-assembled. You can almost finish assembly without the instructions its that easy. I was able to use a coupon from a Himiway rep so I was able to save some on the purchase. I would rather buy straight from Himiway rather than a 3rd party to make sure the ebike doesn't get shipped any more than necessary. Very happy with the shipping experience and the quality of the frame, components, paint and accessories. Almost bought a second one but am waiting to see future deals. When I emailed Himiway to ask a simple question about their $200 off on two bikes I got an answer during late evening within a few hours. I highly recommend this manufacturer. Its alot of ebike and technology for the money!!

Great bike for commuting or weekend rides. My son loves it.

Last month in September I reviewed the Zebra step-through and Zebra step-over, which I purchased for my wife and me. Now we are about 200 miles on the odometer, riding almost daily and the bikes still look, feel, and perform like they did the first day. We are riding on the beach at the central coast of California, on the streets, and trails. The power of these bikes are more than sufficient, and truth be told we haven’t even needed to use full power yet. I will say this;..the the stock programmed 5-level power assist was just too “punchy” with power/speed than what we liked (could possibly make you lunge into something/someone in front of you), so I learned by reading the manual that you can re-program yourself to spread out the power levels from 5 levels to 9 levels, which is what we did. Now we have 9 different gradually ascending levels of power that smooths out the power delivery. You just push the plus (+) button until you reach the amount of assistance you need (3rd level) is about all we use. Again, very pleased with these bikes so far. I will write another review at 500 miles.

I purchased an Addmotor M-560 P7 six months ago to ride the beaches, and trails in Newport Beach, Laguna Beach and the surrounding Southern California area. That bike has been outstanding for the use, but my 15 year-old son has taken it over for commuting to high school and loves it.

I did some additional research for a second ebike and purchased a gray, step-over Zebra as my replacement. While both the M-560 P-7 and Zebra may share similar stats, the Zebra surpasses the P-7 in every way - battery life, speed and feel. I liken them to comparing an older American v. European automobile. There is simply a refinement, personality and class that Himiway instills in their bikes one does not encounter often. My road/tri bike is a Cervelo P2 that I have had for two decades and the Zebra possesses that same intangible timelessness.

Additionally, despite what I read in reviews, their customer service was very friendly and responsive.
