The rack works fine just is a little too wide. We’ve had some problems one of the bikes we ordered. Had some damage from shipping, the key pad doesn’t work and we’ve been waiting weeks for a replacement. Shipping is super slow. I can say customer support is very good and the more we use our bikes the more we like them. Comfortable ride.
HBHimiway Bike23 seconds agoHi Peggy, thank you for your honest feedback. We're glad to hear the front rack is working well and that you're finding the bikes comfortable and enjoyable to ride.
We sincerely apologize for the shipping damage, replacement delay, and the issue with the keypad. We understand how frustrating that can be. At the same time, we're grateful for your recognition of our customer support team, and we'll continue working to improve both our shipping and service experience.
Thank you for your patience and for being part of the Himiway family.

Front rack is very solid I use it more than the rear rack but they are built like small motorcycle racks. Very suitable for groceries and outdoor gear.
HBHimiway Bike4 months agoThank you for your review! The front rack getting more use than the rear is a great endorsement — sounds like it's built to handle serious loads. Perfect for groceries and outdoor gear indeed!
