Amazing customer service

I ordered heated gloves and one of the batteries was defective. I emailed the customer service dept. The got back to me within 24 hour most of the time in 12. They resulved my issue very quickly and to my satisfaction. It is nice to see a company in this digital world that still cares about the individual.
