We ordered our Himiway step-through Zebra in late November. We knew that it would be a wait (we were initially told February), and it has only just arrived (beginning of April). Communication about the delays have been non-existent, and we would have expected some extra swag or at least an email to keep us informed. Crickets from China. We love the bike so far and feel it was worth the wait; however, Himiway needs to up its customer service game significantly if they are selling in the US market. It would have taken so little to keep us excited. It's a big missed opportunity for them to do better.
