Himiway Cobra

Received my cobra and so far I love it. I am 6 ft 225 lbs and the bike fits me perfect. My friends have got on it and one of them weighs 340lbs and it carried him great It picks up speed very quickly and rides very smooth. I have equipped it with a gun/bow rack on the front and a back rack for carrying equipment as I will be using it primarily for trail riding and hunting. So far it’s a 10 out of 10 for me.

Price is right, but communication needs improvement

We ordered our Himiway step-through Zebra in late November. We knew that it would be a wait (we were initially told February), and it has only just arrived (beginning of April). Communication about the delays have been non-existent, and we would have expected some extra swag or at least an email to keep us informed. Crickets from China. We love the bike so far and feel it was worth the wait; however, Himiway needs to up its customer service game significantly if they are selling in the US market. It would have taken so little to keep us excited. It's a big missed opportunity for them to do better.
