When will your battery's go on sale could use another one

I purchased a spare battery for my Escape Pro so that I could go the distance that my husband can on his Zebra. This is a nice option when we want to go on 40+ mile rides. The only reason I am giving four stars is that the battery arrived with the release knob broken and I had to threaten to cancel my order when Himiway didn’t ship it when promised. My husband was able to get the release knob back on but without the spring on the knob working. I don’t have time to send it back and hope to get a replacement anytime soon. So since it is my backup battery, I’ll keep it. I just expected better quality control and customer service than what I received. But the battery itself is good.

Both battery and charger arrived within a week of each other. I was bummed I had to buy new components but I'm happy I didn't need to wait long to get back on my bike. Thank you!
