Extra battery for Cruiser
Batteries are smaller and lighter than the original ones. First ride 8 miles stil showed full on display and battery charge indicator lights.

Customer service no good
I received the wrong battery. I am now on my 11th call to your customer service. All I get is "leave your name and number and someone will call you back". And guess what...NO ONE EVER CALLA BACK. I ave had ro call my bank because of you people and file a grievance. Your service stinks. After all the money I have spent wirh this company.

Great riding again
After a mishap and loss of my original battery. Apparently I did not get it locked in place and while transporting to a bike path it fell off hitting the pavement and cracked the case, and broke wires. Sad day but I got onto your site and ordered new battery. It arrived earlier than I expected. Ready to ride again.

My new favorite transportation! Worth the wait and excellent customer service! My only concern was the throttle and PAS shuts down while riding but the display still illuminates? I have to power down everything to get the throttle and PAS to work again? Can anyone please tell me why this is happening to a brand new bike?
