This is an excellent product. I lost the only key for a different lock. The Himiway customer support was outstanding for a complicated series of steps.

I purchased two of these for my two e-bikes. So convenient that it folds up into a compact design, and straps to the frame nicely. Love them!

I think this lock is better than the light cable locks that can be destroyed by a pocket side-cutter. I will use it in quick stops where the risk is lower. It looks to be a handy lock.
