The bikes are very nice and very sturdy, we had our first 16 mile ride and loved it . Can’t wait for the next ride! Getting accessories is a problem for the two D3 bikes we just purchased. Every rack or basket we want to purchase is out of stock. Hope that they stock up soon and not discontinue the accessories we want.
I ordered the cruiser Saturday afternoon and FedEx delivered it on Wednesday
That's fast delivery! Took less than an hour to unbox and assemble . I put 15 miles on it that first day. It rides very smooth over bumpy terrain. I'm enjoying the cruiser very much.
We ordered 2 bikes for my wife and myself. I asked the sales person if this model was adequate for my wife who is 5’2”. When we received the bikes I put one together so we could both try it out. The bike was too big for my wife to handle. I called several times to get an exchange but couldn’t talk to anyone. I had an AI chat that was over an hour and repetitive. The AI repeated the same thing over and over. I called over the next 2 days 6 times, I finally got Beatrice on the phone. After explaining our situation and our desire to exchange for a more expensive model, she waived the $200 fee . It was a frustrating experience with communication but Himiway did the right thing. Great bike!
I’ve had my Cruiser about a week and have taken just two rides, but the bike has performed beyond my expectations. Only wish the rear rack was available.
Great service and great bike
The bikes are great and well made and my wife and I have so far really enjoyed the bikes. My wifes bike has about 70 miles and has had it for about two weeks. We were riding today and after we finished we were talking about how we were going to enjoy these bikes.
We had a minor issue and the customer service representative handle the mater fast, kind and efficient… very please and the bike is very nice
