This is the first time Himiway has co-organised a large-scale charity ride with the New England Parkinson's Ride and the Michael J. Fox Foundation. 2022 New England Parkinson's Ride

The 15th Annual Charity Ride will take place on September 10, 2022 at the ballpark in Old Orchard Beach, Maine! Riders can choose from 10, 30, 50 or 100 mile routes, or choose this year's new route, our 62-mile Metric Century!Moreover, the riders can choose to ride in sync with us anywhere in the world. Raising $2 million is our goal this year and One-hundred percent of all donations will go directly towards The Michael J. Fox Foundation's high-impact Parkinson's research programs

The New England Parkinson’s Ride took shape in the summer of 2008 and linked up with Team Fox at The Michael J Fox Foundation. Although they had only 35 riders that the first year, they managed to raise over $27,000 for The Foundation. We are so proud to host the charity ride with New England Parkinson's Ride organization together! The Himiway Bike has joined the Ride family and is committed to helping the Michael J. Fox Foundation to achieve $2 million fundraising goal!

The Michael J. Fox Foundation (MJFF) exists for one reason: to accelerate the next generation of Parkinson’s disease (PD) treatments. In practice, that means identifying and funding projects most vital to patients; spearheading solutions around seemingly intractable field-wide challenges; coordinating and streamlining the efforts of multiple, often disparate, teams; and doing whatever it takes to drive faster knowledge turns for the benefit of every life touched by PD.
