    Hello, I received the bag and repair kit today.

    It seems a FedEx driver came to deliver the bag about a week ago and mentioned that I wasn't home to sign for it, so he returned with the package. Today, the driver didn't ask for my signature.

    I think the first driver didn't even bother to come to my address, and it caused me a lot of hassle to get the situation rectified, so I have no positive feedback from FedEx.

    Regarding the bag, the zippers are too fragile.

    Warranty replacement

    Evans from Himiway was very responsive to my request and kept me informed about its progress. There was a problem with the replacement part that he took steps to resolve immediately. It is comforting to be taken care of. I live in the wilds of Southern Spain where there is no Himiway dealer, not even an E-Bike repair shop for many miles, so this kind of response to a problem is golden. Thank you Evans and Himiway.
