Nice improvement with new battery, nearly twice the range of the original. Rode today for 36 miles, finished with 1 bar left on the battery. There may have been 2 or 3 miles left on flat trail, but last hill climb to home was at reduced power. Range was 8.2 per bar for the first 4 bars, class 2, used mostly Cadence, Eco+ & Eco, some turbo for hills.

Just received my 20AH battery and did some range testing. I rode 30 miles in Eco+ against a pretty decent headwind for half the route. Battery voltage at the end of the ride was 48.5V which is approximately 60% remaining. Not sure that I would trust it to ride 60 miles, but I'd be pretty confident at being able to get to 50.
Battery is significantly larger/heavier than the 15AH battery as you would expect. I've attached pics of the two batteries so you can see the difference in size.
Would highly recommend the 20AH battery for those longer rides.

Unit arrived well packed in a bubble sleeve. Shipping was prompt. Battery fits exceptionally well into the battery compartment. The extended range was noticeable.

Used it today. I get about 35 miles on 1 battery charge. On Tour mode 90%.
Loved the option to put on my reserve battery for more ride time.

I have waited over a month to receive a shipping label so I can return a defective battery. I had to buy a new one just so I could use the bike. Very disappointed.

Actually, I will get out of it hopefully more than current battery which is about 25 miles. The charger cable doesn’t fit flush in the battery which is concerning, but hopefully it’ll work out fine.
Recently received the upgraded battery. Only concern is the charger connector plugged does not fit flush into the battery. It goes about halfway has been reported, but they say they’re aware of it and shouldn’t be an issue, but I’m a little confused and concerning why they would not provided correct charger for the battery. Not sure how much more distance I will get out of the battery but I’m hopeful it’ll be more than 25 miles too early to tell.

Batteries are smaller and lighter than the original ones. First ride 8 miles stil showed full on display and battery charge indicator lights.
