Understanding a 48V ebike controller wiring diagram is useful when diagnosing electrical problems, checking connectors, or replacing components on a Himiway electric bike. The controller acts as the central connection point between the battery, motor, sensors, brakes, display panel, and lighting system.

Himiway 48V Ebike Controller Wiring Diagram Overview
According to the Himiway diagram, the controller connects to these main components:
- 48V battery

Pay particular attention to the difference between 48V power wiring and 5V signal wiring. Applying battery voltage to a 5V signal circuit can damage the controller, sensors, or connected electronics.
