    All Himiway bikes（except Pony) are covered under our manufacturer's 2-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects (All free Accessories are not covered by warranty service).

    For non-quality issues, customer may ask for product replacement or return within 15 days after received it. A 10% processing fee will be applied but we can prevent it for the customer if a replacement order is received. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150. Himiway will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package. The customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself.

    Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US. And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

    The top speed of all Himiway bikes is up to 15.5 MPH, which is legally required in the US.

    With the 48V 20Ah Samsung/LG Lithium-ion Battery, the single range of the Himiway Zebra can go up to 80 miles per charge. The 960Wh capacity provides a 60-mile range on pure electric power. Wires are all built in the frame which can reduce 95% of the mechanical failure in extreme weather condition. Moreover, it will maintain 80% capacity after 1000 charges.

    I bought the Zebra as holiday gift for myself. The wife and I used to ride quite a bit, but since my knee replacement that has came to a halt (she still rides). She encouraged me to get an e-bike so we could get back to riding together. Currently it is cold in my area so I really didn’t do any long rides. The ride I did (in the yard) I enjoyed and I feel confident this bike will allow us to ride together again. I feel the quality of the bike is really great.. the ordering and delivery were very seamless. So now all I can say is … come on weather warm up!!

    Bought my wife the Zebra. She absolutely loved it while we are in Florida for the Spring, camping. With good weather to try it out. And with the adjustable seat and bars, anyone can ride it.

    I love the quality. I needed the step through because of disablity. But with enough time I feel it will improve my range of motion in my legs. And for the first time in over 2 years it got me out of the house and into the sunshine.

    Great bike and easy to ride. The one negative we have is the key placement. Big cord over the key slot and sometimes have to get on knees to get it in the slot.

    This Himiway bike is very powerful and if you are not familiar with e bikes you have to take time out to get used to these ones in particular. Not too crazy about the handle bars not being able to be more comfortable for shorter arms but other than that we love our bikes and the seat package is a must for a comfy longer ride.

    Foot Pegs could be better

    The Foot Pegs are adequate, but could be better. I found that the foot pegs were not long enough to place the average adult's foot on them. They should also be improved so that they can have a hinge that would allow the owner to store the peg in an upright position when not in use.

    Best Value Ebike on the market

    So far it's been a great bike after some fine tuning I've already got over 160 miles in around a month. I still a good work out with my riding style just go farther with less effort. Would highly recommend this product based on my experience so far.

    Supposed to be delivered between 9&1 got here at 3:30, driver said other truck wrecked, they switched loads box was damaged with large hole in it, nobody informed me they would be late. Very bad company FedEx

    My overall experience with Himiway has been great. Not only do they produce a quality e-bike at a great price but they also have great customer service.
