I live on a dirt road with hills. This bike can cruise around my country neighborhood with no problems. I attached a child seat to the back of my bike for my 5 year old to ride along with me. We are having so much fun riding around together. We can’t wait to take it on trails and to the beach. Very comfortable ride.

Ordered my Cruiser ST and it shipped quickly. Arrived nicely packed in the box so all parts of the bike were in excellent condition when removing from the box. Assembly instructions could have been more clear. However, it all came together without any issues. Couldn't wait to take it for a spin so thoroughly enjoyed it once I was able to take a nice ride. I have 2 Zebra bikes and recently purchased a Cruiser Step Thru and I finally got to ride it due to cold weather and find it to be a very nice e-bike. It's a little nicer ride than the Cruiser Step Thru. I also have 2 ariel rider keplers which I also enjoy and have to say that I find myself riding the Himiways a little more. Thanks for making such a great value bike for the money.

Fantastic. bought two Cruiser Step bikes for me and my wife or any kid that happens to be home. Got them up and running in a few hours and gave them an initial cruise in our hilly neighborhood. they work GREAT! Longest ride so far was 5 miles with a 1,100 foot altitude gain in 1.5 miles as part of the ride. The bikes are settling in nicely and we look forward to more adventures as the weather warms. There was one small part broken in shipping - one of the boxes clearly took some abuse - but the customer service was prompt - I had a response within 24 hours and the replacement part came free within the week. Looking forward to sharing about more adventures as the days grow longer.

The Himiway is a real beauty! It has a smooth ride, and with basket on front, very convenient to put groceries, and laundry, front and back..very pleased so far Himiway!

After putting the bike together, which was very easy, took it out for a spin. I’m 57 and this type of bike is new to me. There will be a learning curve with the Escape but I think it’s going to be great. I did order an extra battery so when I go to Yellowstone, I can be sure to have plenty of power. I do need to order a back back rack and bags to carry the battery and camera equipment. I would recommend this great bike.

This bike is just what I was looking for. It is powerful and the battery life is great. I have yet to get it to even close to dead. For example, a ride of about 15 miles up and down several good hills, on and off road, pedaling and using pedal assist the whole time, at the end I still had about 84% left on the battery. I am 5'6" and about 150lbs. The ride is smooth on paved, grravel and also very rough non-vehicle roads. The suspension is appreciated on off road riding. The seat is good sized and comfy.
Customer service has been responsive and helpful the couple of times I called in with questions about my order and also about the bike. The delivery was quick too.

The Himiway bike has been an incredible bike and allows both the ability to get a good leg out and cruise around more leisurely! This bike is extremely versatile and easy to navigate. The ride is smooth and looks sharp too! Highly recommend!

I love the Himiway eBike. Very easy to use and the speed is awesome. My wife reminded me (at 52 years old) to wear a helmet!! I highly recommend this bike.

I recently picked up a Himiay Cobra. I am Loving this Bike so far. I got the small frame and it fits great, I am 5'5". Don't be fooled by the small frame thinking it is going to be small, its still a beast of a bike. But it fits a shorter person great . My wife is 5'2" and can ride this bike with problems at all. It is built very rugged. Well thought out, sturdy, Looks awesome. Nice clean lines with the cables all routed thru the frame. It rides great on street but also is a beast in the off-road trails. I have been putting it through the paces and I am a heavy rider. This bike just keeps going. So fun to ride. I have tested several other bikes and the Himiway is at the top and is my go to bike at the moment. The front suspension works pretty well in eating up and road chatter and even better in the trails with roots and whatnot. Im no bike pro by any means and I have had some major health issues but I am super stoked to be back out riding. Riding The Himiway has helped me get back to living life in the great outdoors in just the short time I had it. Great hydraulic breaks with good stopping power, Smooth acceleration in the power department. Plenty of torque when you need it. Great battery life. Overall it is a good thing to ride every time.

Great bike

Bought replacement tire to match my front tire on my cruiser. I had bought tires to replace both, not installed yet and when replacement came from Hemiway I could clearly see the difference in the quality of the other tires I had bought. The other ones are going back!

Had it a few weeks,came in good order,Big bike, very strong feeling when riding. Going to look at getting the wife a Himiway just bit smaller soon. So far its been very nice.🇺🇸✌️

Received in about a week. Set up was not bad. Anthing you need to know look up on YouTube! Great fun. We are retired and have been on several 20 plus mile rides. I have a lot of physical issues and never dreamed I would ever ride a bike again but with pedal assist am able to. We have rode around 140 miles so far and loving it.
