Super strong. Love this rack. I don’t need to put panniers on for small amounts of groceries etc. re: earlier reviews: if it was any deeper it would not fit between the fender and handlebars. And extending the mount bars would reduce its weight capacity. Directions about suggested cable routing could be helpful. It’s not very pricey considering how well it’s made. Heavy duty aluminum welded together give it the rigidity, strength and longevity.
