Himiway Cruiser Battery Charger

The Battery charger that I received from Hemiway for my Cruiser bike works great. I've had not one problem with it. And it charges the battery very quick.

Now that I can charge the battery I have ridden my bicycle over 300 miles in just over two weeks. I have really enjoyed riding as I have learned the capabilities of the bicycle.

Ordered a new charger and after receipt it chargrd my battery to the hilt. I'm happy

Order a replacement battery charger and after 1 month contacted Himiway to find out what the delay was. They commented that they would ship within the week but 4 more weeks passed without a shipment and without any word from Himiway. Again contacted and was told that the part had shipped and they would send the shipping information. Two days later received a notice that part shipping request was sent to USPS but that part had not been delivered. Received the same notice twice a week for the next 3 weeks. This was just a cover to for poor service and communication. I will NEVER order anything from this company again.

I think it's an improvement for it has in Ben improved from the charger that my bike originally came with

I like having a spare battery. However you did not ship it to me promptly. It wasn't until I told you I received the charger but not the battery and then you finally sent the battery. I waited a number of months. Luckily my old battery was still working
